Cancellations can be accepted up to 3 days prior to the event deadline (5 business days for out of town events). At any time past an event deadline, substitutions are welcome, but cancellations that are not refilled with another participant cannot be refunded.

Events for which wine or food are specially ordered should be cancelled or re-scheduled at least one week in advance to avoid charges.

Events re-scheduled after food for the event is already purchased are subject to a charge for the food.

In the event that we cancel and/or reschedule a class for lack of participation, you will be notified 72 hours in advance. You will then be given the option to receive a credit towards a future class or a full refund.
